APPEAL FOR PETRINJA
Our Parish has since 1995 supported the Pennies for Petrinja appeal which raises funds
for the needy in the small town of Petrinja near Zagreb in Croatia, this money also goes
to a home for severely disabled children in Oborovo.
As many will be aware Petrinja has been devastated by an earthquake;
the destruction is terrible, and homes have been severely damaged.
Parishioners of Our Lady Queen of Peace are asked to please consider making a donation to this urgent appeal to help the most needy in the town of Petrinja including the home in Oborovo.

Laurie has an arrangement in place for transferring funds, which are then distributed through
a personal contact in Petrinja.
